Living in Launceston … there’s nothing more that excites me than the opening of a new restaurant or eating place.  With so many cuisine choices, we are really spoilt, especially considering there are more dining seats available per head of population than such well renowned Australian food capitals like Melbourne.  I hope Launceston continues to flourish and gradually evolves into a food and wine mecca that attracts visitors from far and wide.
