“Arrived in Launeston in 2012 when a friend of mine asked me to look at a restaurant here. I am now the co-owner and barista of Buddha Thai in Charles street. Before coming here I lived and works in Sydney and it was crazy! The lifestyle here in Launceston is great. Beautiful scenery, cooler weather and a slower pace f life to enjoy with my family means that Tasmania suits me just fine.”
